A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be charged for approved pets. Dogs may not exceed (75) pounds at their full adult weight. Management reserves the right to request veterinary records or other documentation to verify a pet's breed, age, vaccination status, and expected adult weight. For the safety of residents and the property, the following dog breeds, including any mix of these breeds, are prohibited: Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Wolf Hybrid/Wolf Dog, Akita, Chow Chow, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Husky, German Shepherd, and Belgian Malinois. In addition, any animal with a history of aggressive behavior, biting, attacks, or threatening conduct may be denied or required to be removed from the property regardless of breed.
All pets must be properly vaccinated, licensed, and maintained in accordance with applicable laws and veterinary recommendations. Residents are responsible for keeping their pets under control at all times and must ensure that pets do not create excessive noise, odors, disturbances, property damage, or safety concerns for other residents. Pets must be leashed when outside the residence unless contained within an approved pet enclosure. Residents must immediately clean up and properly dispose of pet waste and are responsible for any damages, cleaning costs, pest treatment, or repairs resulting from their pets.

Service animals and other assistance animals required as a reasonable accommodation for a disability are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees, pet rent, pet deposits, breed restrictions, weight restrictions, or pet limitations to the extent required by applicable federal, state, or local law. Residents requesting an accommodation for a service animal or assistance animal may be required to provide documentation as permitted by law. While service animals and assistance animals are exempt from pet-related fees and restrictions, residents remain responsible for ensuring that the animal is under control at all times and for paying the cost of any damage caused by the animal.
